I'm Manny Escalante!
Manny Escalante is the founder of Leadership & Leads Business Consulting and North State Revenue Partners, a community initiative focused on helping local businesses grow through practical education, meaningful relationships, and accountability. He is a founding board member of Bidwell Run Club, a local nonprofit dedicated to building community through movement and the outdoors.
Manny has a Bachelor and Master's Degree (from Chico State) in Sports Medicine. He is Certified in OKR Leadership and Goal Setting and is a Certified Customer Acquisition Specialist.
He's an avid runner, a regular coffee drinker, and an outdoor enthusiast.
